Operational Permits/Building Permits
Green Results Matter will work with your team and architects to obtain required building permits to ensure building is compliant, possesses a Certificate of Occupancy, and meets all State, City, Fire, and Health requirements.
CO2 Permits
For cultivations using CO2 enrichment, a CO2 permit is required. This can be a lengthy and confusing process. Green Results Matter can help you navigate through this process to get it completed.

Handling LAFD (or other
City Departments) “non cannabis” Citations
This is an ongoing threat to the stability of your business. If you are cited by the LAFD or other City Departments, many times the timeline to “cure” your deficiency is very short. Results of not satisfying these deficiencies can be penalties, legal action and even require ceasing operations.
Handling Cannabis Regulators Citations

DCC (State) and local Regulator Inspections
Currently the DCC is inspecting all license types. They are generally only giving ONE DAY notice before an inspection. Green Results Matter can help you prepare and navigate that inspection.
Standard Operating Procedures (SOP’s)
These are required elements for every cannabis business from a licensing and operational standpoint. Green Results Matter can help you develop a series of SOP’s that match your business and meet regulators’ requirements. Earlier versions (SOP lite) were accepted by DCC. That is about to change.
Manufacturing “SOP’s”/Protocols
The State requires a variety of formal plans and forms for any cannabis manufacturing license. These plans detail the specific steps, precautions, and controls needed for manufacturing cannabis goods. Product Quality Plan, Master Manufacturing Protocol and Batch Production Record — these are essential now.
Health Department
Most county health departments are “waking up” to the cannabis businesses in their area and have specific requirements for construction, health compliance, and staff training. For example, Los Angeles County has a “Health Emblem” program for cannabis operators that though voluntary today, will be required to get your Annual license. Manufacturing Edibles? Is your staff “Food Handler” certified? Does your premises have a Health Permit?
